After setting the intention for our session, my gentle but firm, intuitive touch relaxes and soothes you while treating even the deepest of muscles.
Regularly practicing meditation helps me to quiet my mind during our session, allowing me to focus on your therapeutic needs. Regular exercise, stretching and receiving massage therapy all assist me in maintaining my body and mind to be well and allow me to perform this humble service to my fellow kind.
I constantly study massage and receive bodywork to relax and keep me in tune with how specific movements and techniques feel to others. My personal experiences allow me to pass on more favored techniques to you. I also read field journalism and attend workshops to further expand my knowledge and skill.
Intuitively and upon your request, rhythm, techniques and pressure, are adjusted and tailored to your specific therapeutic needs. My intention is to provide you the best massage possible.
Therapist Bio
In late 2006, Ben moved to Charlotte from St. Petersburg, FL. Before having spent most of his adult life in and around Tampa Bay, Florida, Ben traveled the east coast with his family for most of his childhood.
Soon after arriving in the Queen City, Ben became a father to a son with an amazingly bright and happy soul. Starting off 2007, Ben left his technical career to raise his son and pursue his education in massage therapy.
Shortly after receiving his professional licensure in late 2008, Ben began practicing massage and bodywork therapy at the Massage Envy Northlake in January 2009, where he is currently on staff.
Currently residing in the Northlake/University area, Ben offers private in-home service, and on-site office and event service, in and around beautiful Charlotte, NC.
